Livelihood Restoration and Recovery Project” for war- and drought-affected communities
The sessions were led by instructors
from St. Mary’s College and experts from the Kilte-Awlaelo Woreda Agriculture
Office. Key topics included project objectives, organic soil enhancement, crop
protection, farm business strategies, and record keeping.
A total of 118 participants (73 men and 45 women), along with local development agents and woreda experts, took part. The training was well-received and impactful. The initiative was generously supported by the Ferster Foundation of Switzerland.
