ECC-DoA Wukro St.Mary's Institute Social and Development  Community Empowerment through integrated initiatives Project 

The project is giving training for 200 women in the first round from three kebeles of wukro.

The training is undergoing in St.Mary's College in Collaboration of Hope International Development Agency as a Donor, Labor and Social Affairs as facilitator for selection and verification of the beneficiaries.

The training is also undergoing with three trainers from Department of Accounting and Business services Of the college.

During the training the following topics will be covered:

• ·         Financial literacy

• ·         Saving  and Saving management

• ·         Loan and loan management

• ·         Self-help group establishment and management

• ·         Identifying and managing micro business

• ·         Loan repayment and challenges.

The training is undergoing with active participation of trainees  and trainers.

As the trainees discuss and present in group

Adult education pedagogy is under implementation.
